I have a friend who asked me for help so I am asking you. She told me that a month ago she started getting dizzy on occasion at work. She says she feels bad today. She woke up with the soft tissue around her L eye being swollen, a headache, dull L upper quadrant pain. She says she has not had a period for a month, her tubes are tied and that a pregnancy test taken was negative. She also has dull pain across the lower half of her abdomen with a swollen or firm abdomen She said she is going to see a doctor this Monday.
