A GFR of 85 ml/min is sub-normal. The normal GFR should be 120-125 ml/min. Reduced GFR suggests low functional capacity of kidney. There is increased amount of proteins in urine and increased level of creatinine in blood as well as urine. Besides proteins, there is presence of red blood cells in urine. Red blood cells are present in cases of bleeding in the urinary tract or kidney disease.
Keeping all parameters together, a kidney disease is suggested. You need to consult a nephrologist for ass Assessment of renal functions, relevant investigations and appropriate management.
