What Does The Comprehensive Metabolic Test Findings Imply?

I'm a 46 year old female, do not drink or smoke. I had a comprehensive metabolic test with results of Glucose-128, CO2-23, BUN-7, AST-92, ALT-123, ALK-168, GGTP-87,Lymphocytes-16, Neutrophils-7, the rest was pretty normal. I went in emergency room with a migraine, so I have not seen my doctor. I have not been feeling well for awhile, but didn't want to be alarmed either. Thanks for any help, Angela

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Liver function tests are abnormal indicating mild liver injury
2. HbA1C test is necessary for confirmation of diabetes mellitus
3. Possible non-alcoholic steato hepatitis. Might require biopsy for confirmation. Get a lipid profile done for correlation.
4. Blood tests are abnormal. Require more details for correlation. Weight reduction, diet control, moderate exercises is necessary. Medication is dependent on further tests.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
