My mother is 48, 5'9 and 160. She had a tingling in her right eye and felt it was sunken or drooped, she got an MRI and they said it's "Chronic Periventericular Microvascular Ischemic Changes and "sporatic subcortical" arteiosclerotic encephalopathy and minimal plaque in left carotid artery". What is this???? What does this mean???
