What Does The MRI Report For Knee Pain Suggest?

hi,this is deepa, my husband age is 33 and weight is 78,for the last 1 month he is having pain on his left knee especially whe he use indian type toilet, last 3 days he has sweeling in his calf muscle,we took MRI scane the report is 1.THERE IS CHRONIC DEGENERATION WITH TEAR OF THE ACL

2.THERE IS BUCKLING OF THE PCL

3.MINIMAL FLUID IN THE PATELLO FEMORAL JOINT SPACE AND SUPRAPATELLAR REGION

4.CHRONIC TEAR OF THE ACL

Hi Deepa,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. At present, rest is important.
2. Tears should be allowed to heal, if it does not, surgery is necessary to repair ACL
3. Using western type toilets and bending the knee too much should be avoided. To heal faster serratiopeptidase along with glucosamine and heparan sulphate can be taken.
