Hello and welcome to HCM, The interpretation of blood report is as follows: The hemoglobin is slightly low according to the age of the child. Correction of low hemoglobin or anaemia is required. For diagnosing the type of anemia peripheral blood smear examination is required. The normal range for platelets is between 1.5 lakh to 4 lakh per cubic millimeter. In your case the platelets are low i.e. 93,000 per cubic millimeter. Thus, platelet count is reduced. Platelet counts are reduced in cases of viral infections, malaria, ITP etc. the white blood cell count of 76oo per cubic millimeter and differential white count are within normal limits.
You need to get investigations done for anemia and low platelet counts.
