Hello! I am a pathologist. Your blood report is normal except for the ESR which seems to be quite high. ESR can be elevated with several conditions like infection, autoimmune disease and tumors. If you could wait for your FNAC report, that would give a better picture, as it would be done from the swelling on our shoulder/wrist. Hope to get back to you with your FNAC report.
