What Does The Chest X-ray Finding Pleurodiaphragmatic Adhesion Mean?

hi! is pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion something i should be concernedabout? i had surgery 3 years ago when gallstones were removed. would this be the reason? my xray showed lungs are clear and slight cardiomegaly . i was just curious with this additional finding. what should i do? thanks

You should get your blood checked for any infection as most common cause of these pleurodiaphragmatic adhesions is infection. Same is the case with this slight cardiomegaly.
