HDL is high density lipid and is called as friendly lipid. HDL is not responsible for any problem with the health , in fact it is beneficial. It should be more than 45, you have 100, so its really good. Exercises help in improving levels of HDL in comparison to other
lipids.
However , in my opinion your cholesterol levels are very high. Normally
total cholesterol should be less than 200 in a healthy person. You have 270, so it is very high. You can not just look at your HDL and do not do anything to reduce your total cholesterol. This level of cholesterol may negate the beneficial effects of high HDL, please consider it in this way.
You need to reduce your fat intake, cut on carbohydrates, increase water and fluids intake, do regular exercises to reduce your total cholesterol.
