What Does The Finding Of CT Scan Mean?

My CT Scan observations are: 1. Soft tissue dense polypoidal mucosal thickening noted in the bilateral maxillary (right bigger than left) and left sphenoid sinus 2. Inferior turbinate hypertrophy noted in both sides 3. septum in midline Impression: Bilateral maxillary and left sphenoidal polypoidal mucosal growths.

Hi.
This report indicate that you may be suffering from allergic problems giving the findings of polypoidal masses in the sinuses- in both the maxillary and left sided sphenoidal sinuses . Septum is in normal position.
