General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As the ureter is dilated up to 11 mm it is indicative of lower obstruction, which can be narrowing or stricture of the ureter. I would quote to do repeat CT scan with intravenous dye urographin if not used previously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
