What Does The Following CBC Blood Test Result Indicate?

I'm a 21 year old female and these were the results of my CBC blood test:
Indicated as abnormal:WBC - 3.7 (Low)
RBC - 4.10 (Low)
MCV - 97 (High)
MCH - 33 (High)
Monocytes - 14 (High)
-- This was tested 6 months ago and was at 10.
In normal range:HGB - 13.5
HCT - 39.8
MCHC - 34
Platelets - 184
RDW - 12.8
Neutrophils - 43.2
Lymphocytes - 29
Eosinophils - 7
Basophils - 1
Creatinine, Serum - 1
Bun/Creatinine Ratio - 10
Bilirubin - 1.2
Does this CBC indicate any kind of pathology? The reason I had the CBC done was for cardiac problems, such as rapid heart rate (my resting HR was 100), arrhythmia, both of these increased upon normal exertion. For example, if I would just put on a sweatshirt and walk to the front door, my HR would increase to 140; walking up one flight of stairs increased it to 160. When it gets this high, I become short of breath and nauseous.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Your blood results are at present completely normal.
2. Blood results are not responsible for your arrhythmia or increased heart rate.
3. Shortness of breath and increased fatigue could be due to cardiovascular disorders. A stress ecg or echo will be necessary to evaluate functional cardiovascular disorders. Hypothyroidism evaluation will also be necessary.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
