Hello, Your having nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine 5 and sacral level one. The muscles which supplied by these nerves may be became atrophy and develop weakness. So the report showing same. So you have to confirm it by MRI spine, nerve conduction study. If nerve root compression severe may need decompression surgery.
