General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
You are having nerve entrapment due to a spinal disc problem. Visit a spine surgeon or orthopaedic surgeon to remedy it. Till that, you should lie on a flatbed.
Maintain proper posture while sitting or standing. For pain or stiffness, you should take antispasmodic as chlorzoxazone or thiocolchicoside.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
