What Does The Following ETT Findings Indicate?

I am 60yrs male hv no heart problem and only taking medicine Norvasc(3mg) .Recently my medical checkup all blood reports were normal only ETT findings are as follows. Stress test negative for symptoms and borderline positive for ECG evidence of mayocardial Ischemia. 2)Normal heart rate and blood pressure response to exercise. 3)Good effort tolerance to exercise at workload of 11 METS 4)Duke treadmill test(DTS) is 4.5 suggestive of low risk coronary artery disease Please advice according to above findings am pretty worried as I hv no issues until now of any kind. My BP is (130/80) and no sugar and no any health problem until now. I am still working on ships as Engineer Masood Ur Rehman Kidwai

The borderline evidence is tricky to say without seeing it. OFten it is a bit exaggerated. BUT 11 METS is pretty good.

The baseline risk is under 1 in 1000 a year for heart disease. if the ischemia were really there, this risk could rise 100 fold and preventative drugs like aspirin and a statin would be indicated.

Without definite risks, those drugs are not really worth taking. You'd pass being on the ship.
