MRI reports of lumbar spine reveals 1.Very subtle Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebra. 2. L2 - L3 and L3-L4 discs show diffuse bulge causing mild compromise of respective bilateral neural foramina. 3. L4-L5 disc shows posterior annular tear with diffuse posterior bulge with moderate to severe compromise of bilateral neural foramina(R L) causing mild to moderate compression of bilateral transversing S1 nerve roots. 4. L5 - S1 disc shows diffuse posterior pseudo bulge 5. Mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. (Patient complaints of weakness and tingling numbness at lower extremities).. physiotherapy has done 1 year ago and now doing regular exercise at home.. but no relief ..Kindly do needful..
