What Does The Following MRI Scan Report Signify?

I am an active 52 year old female---just got the result of my lumbar MRI (unresolved chronic low back pain), and I have several things going on: L2-3 disc desiccation, shallow broad-based disc protrusion w/mild facet arthropathy, mild bilateral foramina stenosis. L3-4 disc desiccation, shallow disc displacement. mild facet hypertrophy. mild bilateral foraminal stenosis. L4-5 Grade 1 anterolisthesis with pseudo-disc, sever right and mild left facet hypertrophy, moderate to sever right foramina stenosis w/ abutment of the exiting right L4 nerve root. Mild to moderate left foraminal stenosis L5-S1 moderate lift-sided fact hypertrophy with prominent facet capsulitis, mild to moderate right facet hypertrophy, mild disc desiccation, mild bilateral foraminal stenosis. Also have a mild left convex scoliosis at L3 I m waiting to hear back from my doctor, but I m pretty concerned about all of these issues! I regularly do yoga (no back extension moves), walk my dog, lift weights (try to keep from spinal compression moves) I am able to maintain my normal routine most of the time, and occasionally take NSAIDs for the pain. I m not sure what to do next, or what exercises are contraindicated with all of these things. Thank you
