Is it easy to mistake meningioma on an MRI? I just got a copy of my report and it said I have a T6 1.2cm fat signal intensity incidental meningioma. I do have symptoms and crazy pain. Just wondering if it could be something different. 1.2cm seems small. I m not crazy about the neurosurgeon I was referred to, seeing him in 2 wks.
