Hello,

The MRI report is a diagnostic procedure and not a diagnosis. The report has to be correlated with clinical signs and symptoms. Based on the correlation the diagnosis can be made.

The MRI report suggests that there is retrolisthesis of the disc which means the disc is not in normal anatomical position.

Also, there are changes in the multiple levels like L3-L4, L4-L5. Both these levels have a disc degenerative changes. And the adjacent nerve root compression.

The facet joints of the vertebral body have changes of degeneration.

Your symptoms should be in the dermatomes and myotomes of the corresponding nerve course of L3, L4, L5.

There might be pain, tingling, numbness, weakness, based on the nerve it is supplied to the lower limb.

Doing McKenzie maneuver will help centralize the pain. You can find McKenzie maneuver online.

Post which doing hot water fermentation to the lower back will relax the muscles which have undergone inflammation.

Exercises like - core stability, spinal muscle strengthening, hip muscle strengthening, static Quadriceps, static hamstring, straight leg raise and ankle toe movements should help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
