What Does The Following TSH Result Indicate?

My T3 is 4.65 My T4 is 1.85 My TSH is I ve had hypothyroidism for 24 yrs. I have gained 60+ lbs over those years. Before this, I never had a weight problem. I have trouble sleeping and have low energy. I also have psoriatic arthritis and polymyalgia. I have always gone to a primary care physician for my hypothyroidism and never got any good results so I finally went to a specialist. These were the results from the lab tests. What do you get out of my results?
