What Does The Following Widal Test Report Suggest?

I have done my widel test (slide method) and got reports but unable to know whether i am suffering from typhoid or not .so i kindly request you to see my report values which i am giving down and tell the correct result of this. I will be thankful to you . S.typhi o : 1:160 S.typhi H : 1:80 S. Paratyphi AH : -ve S.paratyphi BH : -ve Note: 1. O titre is more indicative of acute infection 2. 1:80 : Borderline titre 1:160 : positive 3. Rising titre is indicative of infection . Please give me complete details what is there in this report. As early as possible .

Hello dear
I understand your concern
S.typhi o : 1:160: it is suggests you are suffering from the active typhoid infection.
Normally It is less than 1:60, but you have high titre suggest active infection
Sometime during early phase of the typhoid titre is low around 1:80 and it will increase gradually. So increased titre suggestive of again infection.
Take following advises:
tablet azithromycin
Tablet rantac and tablet paracetamol
Drink plenty of fluids and ORS solution to maintain hydration
Take bed rest, avoid outside food and food, maintain proper hygiene.
Take light diet and home made fresh fruit juice
