What Does The Following Widal Test Report Suggest?

Hi..M 23 years old n in my widal test Typhi O is 1:160 dil n Typhi H,Typhi AH,Typhi BH is 1:40 dil..What does it mean? Am i having typhoid? but i dont have fever then what it means?
N in my CBC test :
HB - 10.4gm/dl
TLC - 7200/cumm
Eosinophil - 08%
RBC count - 3.16 millions/cmm
P.C.V/ Haematocrit - 31.2%
MCV - 72.6 fl
MCHC - 29.5 gm/dl
MCH - 22.5 picogram
RDW - 50.60 FL
Is there something serious?? Please advice me what should i do??

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your reports and I can understand your concerns.

As per the report,the Widal test is negative and you don't have typhoid fever.
1:160 and 1:40 are the titres of antibodies and they are not increased,so you are free of typhoid.
But your CBC report indicates something called "microcytic hypochromic anemia",a condition in which both size and iron content of your red blood cells are decreased. This is not a serious condition and most often caused by nutritive causes.
You have to take iron and folic acid supplement once a day for a month. Have healthy diet rich in iron. Include green leafy vegetables,dates and dried fruits in your diet.
Redo the CBC after one month for assessing the progress,if you still get the similar picture ,additional investigations like peripheral smear may be needed.
