What Does The Following X-ray Report Of Cervical Spine Mean?
I am 58 yrs. male Suffering from cervical with acute vomitting after head swirls. My X-RAY of cervical spine Ap/Ateral: The cervical vertebral body heights and density appear normal. Intervertebral disc space is reduced at C5/C6 vertebral body level. Prevertebral soft tissue appear normal. Posterior elements are within normal limits. Osteoarthritic changes are seen in visualized osseous strictures. Please help: Best Regards.
At C5-6 level,there is reduced inter vertebral disc height.
There are also osteoarthritic changes in cervical spine,it may be age related. Rest of the findings are normal.Vertebral height and bone density appears normal. Prevertebral soft tissue and posterior elements are within normal limits.
Since you have mild findings,you may only need conservative therapy.
