What Does The Following Biopsy Report Suggest?
I had a 4mm skin biopsy... the results is that I have Psoriasform Dermatitis with Eosinophils The microscopic description- there is psoriasisform hyperplasia of the epidermis w/ focal parakeratosis and spongiosis. There is superficial to mid dermal, mainly lymphohistiocytic inflammatory infiltrate with eosinophils. COMMENT: the histological differential diagnosis includes a contact dermatitis, an eczematous drug eruption, and nummalar eczema, What does this mean? Do I have Lupus?

Your histology report says that your having psoriasis of skin possibly. But it is not a confirmatory it is also possible with eczema, drug eruption. The diagnosis may change with correlation with symptoms. This is not a lupus dermatitis. Please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
