What Does The Following Biopsy Test Result Indicate?

65 yr old female presented initially with a rt Thalamic 6.5 mm stroke. After work up found to have lymph apathy, with spleen, mediastinum, liver, and femur bone involvement . Biopsy of an igunal node found giant cells and non sarcading granulomus. She had a positive ppd. So pcr on sample was negative for tb. She is of Asian origin and has been exposed to tb. Has a low grade fevor 99-100. Not sure what to treat for sarcoidosis or tb

though all results points out to be TB but the age of the patient is important a careful reinvestigation is needed it may be malignant in nature mostly carcinomatus
