Welcome to healthcare magic,
Your blood glucose is normal and hence you do not suffer from Diabetes Mellitus
HDL cholesterol is good cholesterol the higher the value the better.
Triglyceride and LDL cholesterol are bad cholesterol mainly responsible for Heart problems such as heart attack.
Your lipid profile is abnormal. The following measures will help in improving your lipid profile:
1. Regular exercise such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes per day
2. Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy products.
3. Avoid energy dense high caloric food.
Hope that answers you question.
Regards, Dr.Ismail
