Focal fibroadenosis in Rt. Breast. Small fibroadenoma in Rt. Breast. BIRADS-3.except that, Illdefined hypoechoic nodularity is seen in upper lateral quadrant of right breast. Multiple subcentrimetric cysts are noted in both breasts. A 0.8X0.6 cm. Sized hypo-isoechoic nodule is seen in 7. 0 clock position of Rt. Breast. Is it any symtom of breast cancer or not??? Plz!!! Doctor help me...
BIRADS 3 means probably benign ie noncancerous however requires close follow up. If I were your treating doctor I would like to get a biopsy or FNA (fine needle aspiration) from that nodule. I want to be certain that it is nothing. Also, I would like to take detailed history such as - age/ family history/ similar lumps in the past/ marital status/ kids. These clues will help me identify your risk of developing cancer and use my management options accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
