What Does The Following Radiology Report Indicate?

Hi yes please help me read radiology report findings: The liver demonstrates diffuse increased echotexture compatible with fatty infiltration. No focal hepatic lesions are present. There is no biliary ductal dilatation. The liver surface is smooth. There is no ascites noted in the right upp quadrant of the abdomen. The liver is slightly increased in size, measuring 19cm in length. The common bile duct is 5mm in diameter The pancreas is unremarkable to the extent visualized The right kidney demonstrates normal size and echotexture without hydronephrosis. IMPRESSION: 1. FATTY CHANGES OF THE LOVER. HOWEVER NO FOCAL HEPATIC ABNORMALITIES ARE IDENTIFIED. 2. OTHERWISE, NEGATIVE RIGHT UPPER QUADRANT ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND. THIS IS REPORT OF MALE 59 YEARS OLD WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN? DR HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS
