Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. Duplex collecting system of left kidney is improper fusion of upper and lower poles of the kidney which is shown up as duplicate collecting system. 2. Dilated upper moiety values and parenchymal thickening means the unfused upper part is dilated parenchyma is a layer in kidney and its thickness is increased. Duplex collecting system is a congenital disease and I advise you to refer a Urologist for the perfect management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini
