What Does CT Scan Report Suggest?
Hi, Thanks for writing in. 1. right renal cyst This is a fluid filled structure usually harmless. If size more than 3 cm in diameter then you must follow it up closely. 2. right renal non obstructing calculus There is a small stone in the right kidney which is not causing any obstruction to the outwards flow of urine and therefore not a concern. 3. left mild hydroureteronephrosis with vuj calculus There is a calculus in the lower part of the left ureter near to the urinary bladder which is causing obstrction to the flow of urine and this requires urgent urological consultation. 4. a well defined oval cystic lesion in left adnexa - probably suggest left ovarian cyst, requires ultrasound correlation This is most likely a benign cyst of the ovary but you may need to get it seen by ultrasound scan to get confirm the diagnosis.
