What Does The Following Semen Analysis Result Indicate?
Hi, i am jacky here i will attach my semen analysis.. i want to know about the fertility of the analysis.... volume 3ml , liquification <30 min , count 72 , motility .. activemotile 15-20% , sluggish motile 50-60% , non motile 10-20% , pus cells 10-15hpf , abnormal forms 09%

Report suggests semen infection.
Infection is indicated by presence of excess pus cells in semen.
Infection of semen may be due to causes like prostatitis,UTI.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis and scrotum.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Rest of the findings like sperm count,motility,morphology,volume of semen are normal.
