What Does The Following Semen Analysis Show?

hello Doctor, I'm 26 yr male, I got married one year ago . i did semen test .the result was 52 million/ml, 4ml quantity but 25% only active motile . Urologist gave medicine to me for 2 months then i take semen test . the count was 16 millions/ml.why is variations?

hi, ,Dr. boskey gandhi is here, the most common cause of this much variation of total count is abstinence period. by rule, whenever u go for semen test, minimum for 3days, u can't do intercourse before test. so please repeat test with 3days of gapping. all the best! !!!!!!
