we are trying for a baby. our reports below:
Male:
my sperm analysis is as below :
APPEARANC : NORMAL
VISCOCITY : NORMAL
VOLUME: 3.5
pH : 30
MICROSCOPY
SPERM COUNT is 44 million.
rapid linear (Gr IV) 20 %
slow linear (Gr III) 30 %
NON PROGRESSIVE (Gr II & I) : 20%
Immotile 30%
Viability 70%
Abnormal morphology 30%
WBCs : 2-4
RBCs : Nil
I am on medication CARNISURE 500 (Levocarniteine tablets USP 3 times ) and completely stopped drinks . non smoker.
how bad is my sperm report .may i know if there are chances of improvement in my sperm

IS THERE ANY ISSUES THAT IS THERE FOR MY SPOUSE THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE.

Your report suggest borderline decreased sperm motility.Motility should be at least 55 %.
You have been prescribed right medicines.You should take it continuously.
CARNISURE 500 is combination of amino acids and it over all improves fertility.
Additionally you need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You may need routine hemogram and culture sensitivity(C/S) of semen.C/S is needed due to presence of few pus cells in semen.It is important to exclude infection.
You should take nutritious food and do exercise.
Rest of the findings like sperm count etc are normal.
