What Does The Following Test Result Indicate?

Hi sir my father hospitilized yesterday , today we got a report my father has heart problem and we have to do that bypass surgery and report shows that there are 6 blockage , in that 4 are major around 99 % and two are 50 % , i want to help my father , but what to do i don't understand ,please help me !!!!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Our heart like every organ is supplied with blood by blood vessels. Without blood supply it can not survive.
That result indicates that several of those vessels are very narrowed at the point of being occluded with heart attack which could be fatal.
In order to avoid that the doctors want to perform a procedure where they circumvent that narrowed part in order to reestablish blood flow. I think that the procedure is necessary judging by that report. Every procedure has its risk but it's a very common procedure these days and surgeons have good experience with it.
