findings: uterus measures 4.4x6.0x11.1 several cysts are seen. the cervix is otherwise unremarkable, the central endomettral complex measures 9mm thickness. the ovaries coukd not be vsualized. no adnexal abnormalalities are demonstrated. trace free fluid is seen in posterior cul de sac. impression: nonvisulation of ovaries. trace free fluid in posterior culde sac. cervical cyst. i have pain on my right side and in my back. very uncomfotable. cycles q 3 weeks passing lg clots and hgb 9 very tired. please advise.
