Hi & Welcome.

Based on the results of HVS, MCS (High Vaginal Swab, Microscopy /Culture /Sensitivity to antibiotics) you seem to be suffering from Mixed vaginal infections (Trichomoniasis & Candidiasis (fungal or "thrush").

Kindly consult your gynaecologist for the treatment which may involve use of Metronidazole (Trichomoniasis) and oral dose of Fluconazole or a short course of 3-7 days by using other antifungal drugs like Clotrimazole or Miconazole which are available as creams, ointments, tablets or suppositories.

Apart from taking medications you need to have certain precautions like:

1. Wear cotton underwear and loose-fitting pants or skirts.
2. Avoid tight-fitting underwear or pantyhose.
3. Immediately change out of wet clothes, such as swimsuits, etc.
4. Stay out of hot tubs and very hot baths.
5. Avoid unnecessary antibiotic use, such as for colds or other viral infections.
8. Your partner also needs to be treated simultaneously
9. Avoid having sexual activity till you are cured.

Hope the advice given above would be useful.
A feedback is appreciated.
