Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic.
I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you that it is a typhoid fever caused by Salmonella typhi. Titre of widal above 1:160 is suggestive of infection caused by typhoid fever. You should start treatment with ciprofloxacin under your doctors guidance. Do not eat heavily but eat more in frequency and less in quantity.

I will be happy to answer all your future concern.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
Infectious disease specialist.
Wish you a best health at health care magic.
