General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your typhoid test and malaria test is negative suggests no typhoid and malaria.
But platelet count is low suggests it could be dengue fever.
Consult the MD physician gat examined for vital signs.
Undergo PCR , and viral antigen NS1 detection to confirm the diagnosis
Monitoring the full blood count particularly the platelet count and hematocrit, LFT will helpful in management

It is self limited illness and treatment is symptomatic
Drink more water, or intravenous fluid will helpful
take more fruit juices like Pomogronate, Kiwi, Papaya Leaf juice
Bed rest and take healthy diet
Medicine:paracetamol and diclofenac will helpful.
Protection: stay away from mosquito bite with help of using net or repellent and keep immunity high
Hope this will help you
