Hello Sir My widal test report results is 1:20 1:40 1:80 1:160 1:320 S. typhi O + + + - - S. typhi H + + + - - S. paratyphi A(H) + + - - - S. paratyphi B(H) + - - - - This is positive or negative results of typhoid My doctor says that this is negative result

As per the reports provided,you are not positive for typhoid fever.Widal test done for detection of Salmonella is negative.
Single antibody value of Salmonella O or H >or equal to 1:160 is considered to be positive.Four fold increase,if noted in follow up titration is confirmatory for typhoid fever.
Your reading for Salmonella O and H with values of 1:80 is negative for widal test.
