What Does The Lab Report Suggest?

My sister in law is 34 months pregnant,she complained of itching over whole body,doctor advised her LFTs,reports showed normal bilirubin total,bilirubin direct,bilirubin indirect.but her sgot was 188,sgpt was 185 and alkaline phosphatase is 421.what does this signify?

Hi,
I went through the history and lab reports.
It appears to be very serious obstetrics condition called as HELLP syndrome.
This syndrome is characterized by
1. Hemolysis
2. Elevated liver enzymes
3. Low platelet count.
Treatment includes prompt delivery of baby. Discuss with your doctor at the earliest for therapy.
