What Does The Low Value Of RBC, WBC,Hgb In My Blood Report Suggest?

Recent labs: WBC 3.1 (4-11) RBC 3.43 (3.9-5.4) Hgb 10.8 (12-15.5) Hct 31.8 (35-47) Monocytes 13 (2-12) abs Neut 1.7 (2-8) abs lymph 0.9 (1-5.1) I am wondering what could be the cause of the low (and some, high) values. The RBC, WBC, hct and hgb were low normal in January.

Hi
Decrease in RBC count, Hemoglobin and WBC count occurs commonly in megaloblastic anemia due to nutritional deficiency like vitamin B12 and folic acid. However pancytopenia needs to be evaluated thoroughly to rule out aplastic anemia.
