Your report suggests absolutely normal findings.
Major intracranial flow voids are maintained means it is patent and it is normal finding in MRI.In MRI study,intracranial vessels shows normal flow void due to flowing blood in these vessels.
Brain parenchyma is also normal.It shows normal T1 and T2 signals.
