A heterogeneously dense parenchymal pattern is noted. A 10mm asymmetric density is demonstrated within the central aspect of the left breast @ the 11 o’clock position 4.44 cm from the nipple. No suspicious calcifications, speculated lesions, or abnormal lymph notes bilaterally are noted.
Advising
Diagnostic mammography with spot compression and possible sonographic assessment of an asymmetric 100 density left breast.
