Protein in the urine called the proteinuria. I think
nephrotic syndrome are the cause of proteinuria in your daughter case.
Menbranous nephropathy is the cause of nephrotic syndrome. It damage the glomerulus membrane and increase the permeability of filter membrane of filter membrane of kidney and protein will be appear in urine.
Following are the symptoms and sign of nephrotic syndrome: massive proteinuria,
hyperlipidemia, oedema, hypoproteinaemia/

urologist and go for following investigations:
CBC, RBC, Thyroid profile, Urine culture, Creatinine,creatinine clearance. urine albumin creatinine ratio, USG scan. All these help in management.
Continue your drug
Telmisartan and Torsemide: reduce the fluid retention and help in improvement of kidney function
Atorvastatin should be taken for reduce the cholesterol.
But you have to also start the steroid to reverse the damage or to delay the damage.
Take nutritional therapy with moderate in protein as prtein is loss in the urine.
Go for allopathy ,medicine rather than ayurvedic as it cause response at long time.
Also require regular follow up as it has high chance of relapse.
So consul the urologist and take proper treatment.
