Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood report is as follows:

The hemoglobin and hematocrit are slightly reduced from the normal level.
The mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) are also reduced.
Thus, there is microcytic anemia.
A peripheral blood film examination needs to be done to assess the red cell morphology.
The red blood cell count is slightly elevated.
This elevation could be due to negative feed back caused by anemia condition.

The increase in white blood cell count occurs commonly due to infections.
However, the differential white blood cell count is within normal limits.

There is nothing to worry about elevated red blood cells and white blood cell levels.
Correction of anemia will correct the red blood cell count.

Thanks and take care
