Hi doctor today i got. My pelvic USG Done as Uterus enlarged in size measuring 12cm x 5.3cm and it is anteverted Endometerial thickness is normal. A small subserosal hypoechoic lesion measuring 1.2 x 1.1cmis Seen in fundal Region along the posterior uterine wall. Aseptated cystic lesion measuring 3.5 x2.6 cm in legt adenexal Region.
Your ultrasound report shows the following 1. A slightly bulky uterus. 2. A 1.2 x 1.1 cms fibroid in the fundus of the uterus, probably this may be causing enlargement of uterus. 3. A 3.5 x 2.6 cms complex cyst in the region of left ovary.
These findings need to be followed up with another ultrasound scan in 3 to 6 months with certain blood tests.
