Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
You neighbor was under treatment and as it is in remission phase, he is having reduced bone marrow response. He has pancytopenia (all cells in blood reduced), which is expected of this treatment.
He has leukopenia, anemia and thrombocytopenia. He might be having associated B12 deficiency and this could have also caused pancytopenia.
Other cells range for leukopenia is within normal limits.
Hope he recovers soon completely.
If you have any further queries, happy to help again.
