Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of test report is as follows:
1. The level of TSH is raised suggesting hypothyroidism.
2. The level of prolactin is high suggesting prolactinoma, growth hormone abnormalities, etc.
3. The hemoglobin and PCV levels are low. These values are seen in anemia. Peripheral blood examination is required to know the blood picture to know the type of anemia.
3. The eosinophil cont is increased. High eosinophil counts are seen in allergies, parasitic infection, drug related etc.

You need to get thyroid function tests -T3 and T4. In case of hypothyroidism, you need to consult your doctor for prescription of thyroxine hormone.
The high levels of prolactin needs to be investigated by getting a Ct head to look for any growth in the pituitary gland.

Thanks and take care
