What treatement should I have if CT scan found small mucous rentention cyst or polyps in the left posterior ethmoid and right frontal sinuses? Also have chronic left maxillary sinusitus and mild thickening in left ethomoidal air cells. Should I get a MRI completed as well?

With findings as seen on CT scan there is no requirement to do a MRI scan. The findings are benign and will respond to medications in most cases. Please do not get worried as the retention cysts are small secretion filled projections and not really a matter of concern.The chronic left maxillary sinusitis may need to be controlled with medications when symptomatic.
