Hello and welcome to HCM,
A poor appetite, low hemoglobin, raised ESR, dizziness and multiple mesenteric lymph nodes are very much suggestive of tuberculosis.
However, since all tuberculosis tests are negative, other cause of these symptoms have to be looked for.
There could be a possibility of lymphoma.
Lymphoma is malignancy of lymph nodes.
Imaging guided aspiration cytology of the mesenteric lymph nodes need to be done.
In aspiration cytology, the constituent cells and lesion of the mesenteric lymph nodes will be sampled and thus the disease can be assessed.
Presence of tuberculosis cal also produce negative skin test and negative TB gold test so this possibility cannot be ruled out.
Further management will depend on the lesion detected in the lymph nodes.

Thanks and take care
